Kelli is a native Houstonian and a graduate from Aldine High School where she was heavily involved in leadership and social activities. Kelli became a successful professional at a very young age in the field of human resources. Kelli comes from a Methodist background and was even the president of her youth group. However, Kelli would be the first to tell you that there was very little evidence of the signs of Christ life in her youthful years. Kelli has been through some difficult trials in her earlier years of life that have made her extremely effective with people. This is part of the reason Kelli has such a passion for transformation and as a result, became the first female graduate of LeadersEdge and was on the teaching team of LeadersEdge, a leadership development program that is producing transformational leaders. Kelli is a gifted communicator and an expert in small group dynamics. She is often asked to speak at retreats or leadership development seminars. email KelliCo-Pastor:Terry Burris
